Choosing a marina is about more than finding a place on the map. The right slip needs to suit your boat, the way you use it, and the time you plan to spend on the water. At Club Nautico Harbor West, the conversation begins with the details of your vessel.
Start with your boat’s actual dimensions
Share the overall length of the boat, including extensions such as a bow pulpit, swim platform or engines. A model name or advertised length may not describe everything that extends beyond the hull, so it helps to discuss how your boat is measured.
Beam is the boat’s width; draft is the depth it draws in the water. Both matter when considering a slip and its approach. Tell the marina about your boat’s dimensions and normal operating condition so the team can discuss a suitable fit.
Discuss water and shore power
Water and electric hookups are available at each slip at Harbor West. Before making plans, share your boat’s electrical requirements—including the power and connector it uses—so the team can confirm the details of a suitable connection. Ask about anything else your vessel needs at the dock.
Ask about availability and the terms of your stay
Have a preferred start date and an idea of how long you hope to stay. Slip availability and rates are provided by inquiry; they depend on the boat and dates being considered. Discuss what is included, any applicable terms, and the arrangements for access before deciding.
Consider where you want to go
North Bay Village sits between Miami and Miami Beach on Biscayne Bay. From Harbor West, boaters can explore the bay, head north toward Haulover, or go south toward Bayside and Downtown Miami. Conditions, routes and destination dockage should be checked when planning each outing.
